The research paper, titled "Real Estate Tokenization in Germany: Market Analysis and Concept of a Regulatory and Technical Solution," investigates the potential for digital transformation in the German real estate sector.

The IEEE ICBC conference, focusing on Digital Ledger Technology, Blockchain, and Cryptocurrencies, had participation from 694 authors across 37 countries, with a rigorous review process conducted by 175 TC members and reviewers.

Of all submissions, only 13% were accepted for presentation at the conference, including Robert Henker's paper. This recognition reflects the importance and quality of the research project.
